Prize Draw Terms

These terms apply to the APEXX monthly prize draw. By entering, you accept them.

The prize

One winner each month receives a full LGND bundle — goggles or glasses, the winner’s choice. One prize per draw. There is no cash alternative and the prize is not transferable. We reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

How to enter

Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. Enter your email address in the prize draw form on our website. Entering also subscribes you to APEXX marketing emails; you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, and unsubscribing does not remove you from a draw you have already entered.

Entry period and the draw

A draw is held on the 1st of every month. Everyone who signs up during a calendar month is entered into the draw held on the 1st of the following month.

One entry per person

You may enter only once. Entering with more than one email address is not permitted, and where we identify multiple entries from the same person all of those entries may be disqualified. Entries made by automated means, bulk entries, or entries submitted by a third party on your behalf are not accepted.

Eligibility

Entrants must be 18 or over and resident in a country we ship to. Employees of APEXX, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the prize draw may not enter.

Choosing and notifying the winner

The winner is selected at random from all valid entries in the relevant entry period. The winner is notified by email on the 1st, at the address used to enter. If we do not receive a reply within 14 days we may withdraw the prize and draw an alternative winner. The winner is removed from all future draws.

Data protection

We use the email address you provide to administer the prize draw and to send you marketing emails. We do not sell your data. See our privacy policy for full details of how we handle personal data and how to exercise your rights.

General

We may amend these terms or withdraw the prize draw where it is necessary to do so. Our decision on all matters relating to the prize draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
