Content Submission Terms

These terms cover photos and videos ("content") you send to APEXX Series ("APEXX", "we", "us") through the Get Featured page, by tagging #APEXXSERIES, or by tagging @APEXXSERIES on a post. By sending content to us in any of those ways you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't send it.
1. What you're giving us
You keep ownership of your content. You give APEXX a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence, for as long as copyright lasts, to use, copy, edit, crop, caption, subtitle, resize and publish your content — on our website, in our social media channels, in our emails, in our advertising, and in print and packaging — alone or alongside other material. We may credit you by the handle you gave us where it is practical to do so, but we are not obliged to.
2. What you're promising us
- You took the photo or video yourself, or you have the right to let us use it.
- Everyone who can be recognised in it is happy for it to be shared this way, and for anyone under 18 a parent or guardian has agreed.
- It doesn't include anyone else's copyrighted material (including music you don't have the rights to), trade marks, or private information.
- It isn't offensive, dangerous, misleading or unlawful, and doesn't show anything that would bring APEXX into disrepute.
- You're 18 or over, or have your parent or guardian's permission to send it.
3. Being featured and your reward
Sending content doesn't mean it will be featured. We choose what to share, and we don't have to tell you why something wasn't chosen. If we feature your content, we'll email you a single-use discount code for between 15% and 20% off your next order at apexxseries.com. The code is personal to you, can't be exchanged for cash or transferred, and may not be used with Try it First trial orders or combined with other offers. One reward per submission; we may limit the number of rewards to any one person.
4. Changing your mind
You can ask us to stop using your content at any time by emailing us at the address on our Contact page with the reference from your confirmation. We'll remove it from the channels we control within a reasonable time. We can't recall copies that have already been shared, printed or embedded elsewhere, and any reward already issued stays issued.
5. Your details
We use the name, email address and handle you give us to review your submission, to contact you about it and to send your reward. We handle them in line with our Privacy Policy. We don't sell them or share them with third parties other than the services we use to run the page and send email.
6. The small print
We may change these terms from time to time; the version on this page when you send content is the one that applies to it. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
