Crashes, Scratches, Even Loss — You’re Covered for Life.
Most eyewear warranties cover manufacturing defects and nothing else. Which is useless, because that's not how goggles or glasses die. They die in rock gardens. They die under a tyre in the car park, or somewhere between the uplift and the pub.
So we built this guarantee around how riding actually goes.
How it Works
What's covered: Everything, basically. Manufacturing defects, obviously — but also scratched lenses, crash damage, snapped frames, and the stuff that's entirely your fault.
How long: For the lifetime of the product, from the day you buy.
What's not covered: Taking the mick. If you're claiming every month, we'll have a chat. That's the only rule.
Making a claim: Email us at support@apexxseries.com with a quick description of what happened and a photo if you can. Then a real person will get back to you and sort it.
What you get: We'll repair or replace, depending on the damage at our discretion. If your exact model or colourway isn't available anymore, we'll send you the closest equivalent.
The service fee: Claims carry a service fee of £25/$35 to cover processing and shipping. That's the entire cost to you.
The small print (there isn't much): The LGND for Life Guarantee applies to eyewear purchased directly from apexxseries.com. It covers goggles, glasses, and lenses — not apparel or accessories.
What If You Just Don’t Love Them?
Separate from the guarantee: every order comes with a 60-day trial. Ride in them properly — muddy, sweaty, crashed — and if they're not right for you, send them back for a full refund. We'd rather you tested them for real than made your mind up out of the box.
Why We Do This
We're riders. We know exactly how long eyewear normally lasts, because we've smashed, scratched and lost plenty of it ourselves — usually expensive stuff with a warranty that covered none of it.
We'd rather you bought one pair from us and stayed covered for life than bought a new pair from someone else every season. Simple as that.
